The Alliance is a collaboration of seven local health departments and cross-sector partners that began in 2014. It was the culmination of a two-year exploration of cross-jurisdictional sharing arrangements with funding from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation through the Center for Sharing Public Health Services.
